Processing your Order
Any order received Monday to Friday before 3 pm will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 3pm, will be processed the following day. Any order received on Friday, after 3pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday). If there are any issues with your order we will contact you ASAP.
Please note: we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Dispatching your Order
All orders will be dispatched the same day if received before 3pm or the next day if received after 3pm Monday – Thursday.
You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order.
If however, the items you have ordered are not contained within our warehouse stock levels, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days of your order being received. If this issue occurs we will be sure to contact and notify you as soon as possible.
Processing and dispatch times are not a guarantee, but are a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be processed, and then ultimately, dispatched from our warehouse. During busier seasons (i.e. Christmas) dispatch of orders is more likely to be the next day.

* orders containing bundles may be posted as separate packages.
We use Australia Post for our delivery service.
Shipping Cost for NSW
FREE POSTAGE if you spend greater than $60.00 on products on our website in one transaction!
Shipping Cost for all other States within Australia
FREE POSTAGE if you spend greater than $100.00 on products on our website in one transaction!
Postage on products is automatically added to the transaction total, however, postage costs are excluded when determining eligibility of free postage.
Kardsgeek reserves the right to select the most appropriate delivery shipping method for the FREE POSTAGE.
The selected shipping method will have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 business days (1-2 days longer if outside of the metropolitan area).
If you wish to receive it faster then we would recommend you to pay for the express post at the final checkout.
For any orders less than $50.00 in NSW or $100 in other States, the shipping cost will be calculated at the final check out by Australia Post.

For International orders, you may have the option to select Standard or Express delivery services. Standard Delivery is not available to all countries and this is something outside our control. If Standard Delivery is not available to your country, you must select the Express Delivery shipping option.
In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. To estimate your shipping charges click on the link on the “view cart” page.
Estimated international delivery time is 1-3 weeks for standard international, or 2-8 days for express international shipping.
Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
If you find your deck of cards is defective you can send the deck back to us and we will forward it to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer agrees that the deck is defective, we will refund you for the defective item or items. The manufacturer has the final say in whether the deck is defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Completed Orders” link under the ‘Manage My Account’ menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
