The flipbook-styled back design, when riffled through, will make the bright green globes rotate 360 degrees. There are custom court cards fitting the Neo-Tokyo theme, along with some of the Royal Members wearing sunglasses.
Printed by the USPCC on Premium Crushed Stock. Limited Edition print of 2500. Will not be re-printed.
