Daedalus was one of the greatest minds of Greek mythology, able to craft automatons, wings from wax and feathers, and most famously, a labyrinth that no man or woman could escape until the hero Theseus penetrated it with Ariadne's thread. Now Expert Playing Card Company invites you to lose yourself in his labyrinth with a deck design of eye-popping complexity.
This 55-card deck features Greek gods on the court cards, including an extra Artemis Queen of Spades. The cards are printed on stardust paper with a classic finish. Their backs feature a labyrinthine pattern of mazes within mazes, with the monstrous head of the Minotaur watching over all. With gold foil on the inside and outside as well as embossing, the tuck box is a work of art in its own right.
